Welcome!
My name is Pamela, and I live in the “Finger Lakes” region of Upstate N.Y. – an amazing place of long, deep lakes, Mennonite farms, and hundreds of scenic wineries. Being in touch with nature is often my inspiration for stories. At the least, it agrees with my more pensive temperament which enjoys quiet, daydreamy days working in my garden or making my home a haven.
No day is complete, however, without communicating with friends. Anything from sharing metaphors in movies, music and nature, to an authentic, non-religious relationship with God. The deeper the better! I use email a lot for this purpose—an intimate, but struggling tool. I hope it makes a huge comeback.
And finally, in process, I am working on two major projects. One is a book, and the other is a yard transformation. Both of them require discipline and focus, which I battle to maintain every single day. Squeezed between, I blog about the Song of Songs. Ask about that if interested.
Thanks for visiting!
